This special is only available for new homes buyers starting the preliminary design in July 2010. The 5% preliminary design deposit must be paid before July 31st 2010 in  order to receive the 20% discount. In addition, the log shell package must be delivered in 2010. Homes delivered in the spring of 2011 are only entitled to a 10% discount. This discount can not be combined with any other offer. All pricing shown in US Dollars
